Mental Health Resources

We list crisis helplines, NHS mental health teams, and local counselling services that charge low fees. There are also guided breathing exercises and sleep trackers you can use right now. Nothing requires an account or an email address.

Employment Support

Learn your legal rights around sick pay, reasonable adjustments, and flexible working. We explain how to talk to employers about your health without fear. Sample letters and meeting scripts are available to download in plain language.

We partner with local employers who commit to flexible hours, rest breaks, and remote options. Jobs are updated weekly. You can filter by energy level, not just by industry. Entry level and part time roles are prioritised here.

Skills Development

Short video modules on communication, time management, and computer basics. Each module takes ten minutes. You complete them at home with no deadlines. Certificates are available if you want to show employers what you have learned.
